On The 40th Anniversary Of The Launch Of Voyager 1 & 2 Let’s Check In On The Story So Far

If you have a curious mind this is fascinating podcast from start to finish!

On the 40th anniversary of the launch of Voyager 1 & 2 space probes the guys at Radiolab check in on the story so far.

The amazing thing about this story is where exactly Voyager 1 actually is, as it travels beyond the reach of the sun. Not only that, but there is a romantic side to this story as they tell us the of the beautiful time capsules that were placed onboard, in the hope that if there is life out there, they will find them and use them to decipher what us humans are actually like.

To bring things back down to earth we also came across a very interesting interview given by Maggie Haberman who covers The White House for The New York Times. Maggie works in close quarters with President Trump and frequently speaks with him.

She offers a brilliant insight into what its like to have Donald Trump in The White House and how pressurized and demanding covering The President is for one of the biggest news publications in the world.
